COVID-19 Policy

As masks are now mandatory we ask that you wear a mask to your appointment or you will be asked to purchase one from us at a cost of £1
Please note that does not apply if you are exempt from wearing a mask
Please check in to the NHS COVID-19 App using our QR Code on entry
Please do not enter the salon if you have any symptoms of Covid 19 including a high temperature, sore throat or continuous cough. If you need to cancel due to having symptoms or if you have to self isolate due to being exposed to someone who has symptoms, we will allow your deposit to be transferrable

If you have travelled abroad, we ask that you leave 14 days from your return until your appointment, regardless of whether it is considered a “safe” country or not
We are now able to offer all of our treatment menu, please note some services may be a little different due to regulations
We always clean our work areas between clients but we are increasing our cleaning schedule to keep you safe and we will be wearing additional PPE. We have completed a COVID 19 risk assessment for the salon and all our staff have been briefed on what we need to be doing to minimise risk . Our staff have completed additional training in COVID 19 prevention. We will be wearing a surgical grade II mask, visor and we have screens in place for your protection. We will also have additional PPE for individual treatments, such as gloves and aprons
We are not offering dry cuts at this time
Please arrive on time to your appointment. We have had to remove our waiting area temporarily so we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time
Bookings must be made online or on the phone, as much as we can’t wait to see you, we can’t take bookings in person
Please come to your appointment alone, and leave any belongings in your car where possible
You can still use our toilet if you need to spend a penny, but please try to go before you come
On arrival to your appointment, your therapist will greet you at the door, please take advantage of our sanitising station, we are in full PPE in line with government guidelines
Please stay 2m apart from other clients and therapists at all times, we  have screens and dividers to keep you safe
At this time we can only accept card payments
We can finally offer hot drinks! All drinks are in disposable cups or bottles.
