Masks are now mandatory. As we want to protect our most vulnerable clients, please ensure you wear a mask to your appointment or you will be asked to put one on. As our services are close contact, exemptions do not apply. If you are having a treatment where you are required to remove your mask, we will ensure that your mask is removed for the minimum length of time that is necessary.
Please continue to keep a distance, not everyone is comfortable being in close contact
Please arrive on time to your appointment. We have had to remove our waiting area temporarily so we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time, if the weather is nice, feel free to sit in our outside waiting area
Bookings must be made online or on the phone, as much as we can’t wait to see you, we can’t take bookings in person
Please come to your appointment alone, and leave any belongings in your car where possible
At this time we can only accept card payments
Check in is no longer mandatory, feel free to check in or not. our QR code for the NHS COVID-19 App will continue to be displayed
If you have travelled abroad, we ask that you leave 14 days from your return until your appointment, regardless of whether you are exempt from isolating
We are now able to offer all of our treatment menu, please note some services may be a little different due to regulations
We are continuing with our high standards of cleaning, and paying attention to high frequency touch points to keep you safe. We have completed a COVID 19 risk assessment for the salon and all our staff have been briefed on what we need to be doing to minimise risk . Our staff have completed additional training in COVID 19 prevention
We can finally offer hot drinks! All drinks are in disposable cups
